999 BSL Emergency Video Relay Service
M247 are pleased to provide free access to Ofcom’s 999 Emergency Video Relay service. This new service is designed to make it easier for British Sign Language (BSL) users to get the help they need from Police, Ambulance, Fire or Coastguard emergency services.
Access this service via the app or the website 999bsl.co.uk. The user will not be charged for data used to make calls to this service. More information on the service can be found here.
