Executive Team

Appointed as CEO of M247 in August 2021, Darryl has more than 35 years of experience within the telecommunication industry. His previous roles have included Chairman of the Board and non-Executive Director for listed company’s and various Chief Executive and Sales positions.

Most recently Darryls’ positions included the President & CEO of ECI Telecom, Chairman of MACH, Lead Director EXFO: NASDAQ, CEO AIRCOM, and Global Sales Leader for Nortel.

Darryl brings a wealth of industry and executive experience, much of it gained through working closely with various Private Equity companies.

Graeme is a highly motivated and accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in high-growth enterprises. With a Big 4 background and a strong foundation in financial management, he has successfully led complex fundraising, acquisition, integration, disposal, and exit processes across a diverse range of industries. His expertise spans listed companies, private equity-backed ventures, and entrepreneur-owned businesses, where he has consistently driven value creation and strategic growth. 

Pete sits as part of our Executive Board and leads our UK business as Managing Director, UK. His technology sector experience spans two decades and he joined M247 in 2019 to lead on our investment in key infrastructure and capabilities. This included building a new Core Network, implementing industry leading customer management platforms and expanding our global footprint. Pete’s responsibility has grown over his years with M247 culminating in his role today as Managing Director for the UK.

Pete’s early years career was within the retail sector where he built a strong customer centric focus. Inspired by the increasing pace of technological change, and after almost a decade of customer focussed and human resources roles, Pete transitioned into the technology sector. Leveraging his customer focus, initial roles were in customer and project management working with organisations such as Virgin Media and BT Wholesale.

Finding a calling in business improvement and the turnaround underperforming organisations, Pete had several successful roles across BT Group driving performance of field and desk based teams. Immediately prior to joining M247, Pete was General Manager for Fibre Cities at Openreach where he established the initial deployment of Fibre to the Premise programme, one which continues to deliver businesses and residences greater connectivity across the UK today.

Today, Pete leads M247s UK business driving our goal of supporting our customers to thrive through exploiting technology to connect businesses to their colleagues, customers, data and applications.

Pete is passionate about customer experience as demonstrated by the multi-year improvement in customer experience at M247 as highlighted by our industry leading Net Promoter and Trustpilot scores as well as a host of industry awards. Pete has achieved this by leveraging his vast experience in leading multinational innovation programmes that focused on the importance of collaboration of colleagues working worldwide and across organisations, to best solve business challenges and customer issues.

Pete’s mantra is that delighted customers are a result of colleagues who are enabled to learn, develop and grow. During his time at M247 he has established learning pathways, invested in laboratory environments and advocated internal promotions to ensure this is part of the organisation’s DNA.

With over 20+ years’ leadership experience in Technology and Telecommunications, Phil joined M247 in 2018, and oversees the Commercial, Legal, Marketing and M&A Strategy functions.
Phil has a track record of driving Enterprise Value through organic growth and M&A strategies, within both Private and Public AIM listed organisations.
