M247 are delighted to announce that they have been named 44th on the Northern Tech Awards 2020 Top 100 League Table and 10th on the Fastest Growing Larger Company League Table. The Northern Tech Awards, held by G.P Bullhound, ranks companies across the north of England and Scotland by revenue growth over the last three years.
The merger of Metronet UK, M247 and Venus Communications in 2017 launched M247’s rapid international growth and expansion of their product portfolio. This successful integration of cultures, systems and processes has M247 to go from strength to strength, supported by a growth in financials with revenue increases year on year.
In 2019 M247 were listed 57th on the Sunday Times BDO Profit-Track 2019 league table of Britain’s top 100 private companies with fastest-growing profits over three years as well as being named in the Top 50 fastest growing companies in Greater Manchester by Business Desk and Experian. In 2020 M247 have been awarded with the Best Performing Company in the Telecoms services category at the Megabuyte50 awards.

As the 2020 Northern Tech Awards were not able to take place as planned on 26 March in Leeds due to concerns over COVID-19, GP Bullhound held a live virtual event on 27 May, highlighting and celebrating the digital economy of the North of England and Scotland.
