Since the company’s start they have gone from strength to strength and the family owned and operated company services thousands of accounts worldwide. A major part of the company’s success has been their constant investment in innovative technology and employees. Many of the major developments in book wholesale, supply and e-commerce have been developed and introduced by Gardners, something which they strive to continue.

The challenge

Gardners set themselves as leading the way with innovative new ideas, including ordering systems, website solutions and within their digital warehouse. The IT infrastructure is core for the day-to-day running of the business. Gardners’ headquarters is located in Eastbourne where they have their own datacentre used for their warehousing system. They wanted another secure location to host their own servers for their white labelled and wholesale customers.
