Money Advice Group, the home to many of the UK’s leading financial solutions companies, had for many years struggled with their incumbent solution provider and were in need of a fast and reliable solution to keep up with their day to day business.
Due to the nature of their business, Money Advice Group needed absolute peace of mind that their infrastructure would support their business, they had several issues with their previous solution including out of date technology, high costs, poor support and little flexibility. Metronet (UK) were able to solve these issues by providing an extra resilient and diverse Internet connection along with a SIP solution to replace their outdated ISDN.
As both the data and voice solution is delivered through Metronet (UK) they are proactively monitored which keeps an eye on the uptime and call quality across the whole of the network. Money Advice Group can now run over 100,000 minutes across the Metronet (UK) platform each week.
