M247 named a Microsoft gold partner, achieving accreditation for our Azure public cloud solutions from the renowned global tech company
This accreditation puts M247 among the top 1% of Microsoft Cloud providers worldwide, offering an extra level of assurance to our customers that we are the Microsoft Cloud services partner of choice.
Microsoft gold-certified partners are those who possess the highest levels of competence and expertise, displaying best-in-class capabilities for deploying Microsoft business solutions. This is further demonstration of our focus upon delivering high-quality Microsoft Azure public cloud products and services to our customers.
M247 Head of Technology Greg Hudson said: ‘It’s a fantastic achievement. Making the gold level of competency confirms we are leading the way for Microsoft public cloud and business systems, placing us among the top 1% of cloud service providers. Its further proof of our commitment to Microsoft cloud services and to exceeding our customer expectations”
Microsoft has strict policy of assessing partners, with a specific set of criteria that must be achieved before certifications are awarded. They demand the highest standards of service and performance from their partners to ensure Microsoft maintains its reputation as the leader in IT solutions and software.
During the rigorous accreditation process, M247 had to:
- Successfully complete detailed technical exams and assessments for M247 engineers
- Undergo a licensing overview assessment
- Conduct a separate sales and marketing competency assessment
M247 Head of Cloud Practice, Ashley Ward, said the gold certification demonstrated our commitment to delivering the best possible products and services with the highest levels of customer service. ‘With this achievement we are showcasing our technical engineers’ capabilities and expertise whilst ensuring our customers receive best-in-class support and service on their Microsoft product portfolios.’
As a Microsoft gold partner, M247 now benefit from additional training, tools and utilities, allowing us to broaden our service offering. And to ensure an ongoing, continued high level of technical skill and customer service, Microsoft undertakes a review of all gold partner accreditations annually.
‘This demonstrates our commitment to our customers in supporting their cloud journey. Microsoft Azure and 365 forms a core part of our product strategy and growth plans; with this accreditation it enables us to continue to deliver feature-rich Microsoft solutions that support our customers fully with their growth ambitions” commented Greg.
