As an engineer I’m responsible for installing the solution that has been designer for the customer.

On a typical day we arrive at the office, we’ll collect the installs kit, check the installs kit and we’ll go to the customer phoning them on route to ensure access is clear and we’ll get on and complete the job.

It is important to get the customer live as quickly as possible, but we don’t compromise on safety.

We can be called out at any time, and that can be working through the night in all weathers to bring the customer back live.

Success in the engineering department is being able to walk away from a happy customer, every hour that customer is down is losing them money.

We have all the up to date training, we are learning all the time.
