My role is around setting up a customer services function. Any type of question that a customer might have we will deal with.
It’s really important to put the customer at the heart of everything that we do. Every time they have an interaction with us, we ask customers how they feel about their experience and it’s really important to us that we use that feedback to then feed into our customer improvement programme.
If I do my job properly customers are happy, because every interaction they are having with us delights them.
