I lead the technical pre-sales organisation for M247. My job is translating customer requirements into business enabling solutions. The most important thing about pre-sales is being agile, being flexible to a customer needs and above all deliver great customer service. We have to ensure that every solution is future proofed, that the customer has a roadmap of their own and that we understand that roadmap. Pre-sales are constantly self-learning, we are always on the lookout for new technologies and trying to develop our own skill sets.
