Account Manager

Purpose of the role

To manage and maintain the accounts and relationships of new and existing M247 customers and to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day customer interaction and service
  • Ensuring upsell and cross-sell within the base, in particular, cloud and Teams/UC products.
  • Creating and maintaining account plans
  • Creating and maintaining tailored customer relationships
  • Qualify needs and resources for customer requirements
  • Retaining the customer and protecting M247 revenues
  • Following internal processes for forecasting, orders, pre-sales, and updates
  • Managing clients’ requirements for product delivery
  • Understanding the existing customer base and how to identify potential needs
  • Growing incremental revenue in accordance with targets
  • Identify and develop potential major national or corporate accounts
  • Grow accounts from low to high revenue or from small to key accounts
  • Drive prioritization of M247 services across areas

  • Must have experience in Unified Communications (UC)/VoIP/Teams Direct Call Routing
