I wanted to write to you all to explain our approach to the ongoing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) which we are monitoring real time with the rest of the world.
We take the safety of our colleagues and customers very seriously and made the decision to transition most of the workforce to remote working from the 16th March. This went extremely smoothly in line with our business continuity plan but nevertheless I’d like to thank you for your patience whilst we made this transition.
I would also like to thank each and every one of our employees who continue to demonstrate their commitment to our customers 24/7/365. Our engineers, warehouse, data centres, network operations centre (NOC) and support team continue to operate on the ground in line with government guidance regarding social distancing and their dedication to keeping our business and your business running is second to none.
This current situation is a stark reminder of the important role technology plays in our society and at M247, our job remains to keep our customers online and able to serve their customers and markets.
We continue to follow guidance provided by the Government, working closely with our suppliers and ensuring we collectively do everything possible to help you and our community during these challenging times.
