My name’s Nathan Hardman I’m connect support manager at M247.  My team looks after the connectivity products portfolio for M247. So we support customers with radio technology, fibre, DSL circuits. Connectivity’s so important to M247 because that’s what businesses operate on.  The Network Operations Centre is the heart of the M247 support. Its our proactive team who are monitoring our clients networks to give that value added service, to ensure we are watching over their equipment.
