M247 Europe’s international coverage continues to expand. We have just launched a new Point-of-Presence (PoP) in Finland through a collaboration with our partner Equinix. Services are provided via the Equinix HE7 data center in the Finnish city of Espoo. This strategic location connects Europe with the Baltic countries and the CIS region.
With this new launch, M247 Europe’s global network now reaches 51 points of presence across all continents, representing a significant competitive advantage and a unique benefit for our clients. Coupled with our two data centers in Bucharest, the M247 Europe network enables clients to access the most relevant global markets with optimal connectivity and performance.
Through strategic positioning and access to top-tier infrastructure, the opening of a PoP in Helsinki is both a step forward in M247 Europe’s development strategy and a response to client demands. This move was facilitated by the excellent business relationship between M247 Europe and Equinix, one of the largest global providers of data centers and colocation services for enterprise and cloud IT architectures. Equinix owns and operates an international network of 260 International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) data centers, located in 72 metropolitan regions around the world.
