Our structure

M247 is a trading name for M247 Europe S.R.L., subsidiary of M247 ltd held by Metronet (UK) Limited, including Venus Business Communications Ltd.

The Group of companies has over 250 employees across three sites in the UK and one site in Romania. We host the greenest data centres in Romania and are connected to over 17 global internet exchange points including New York, London, Singapore, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains consist of global suppliers of telecommunications networks, services and equipment, office supplies etc. Our supply chain supports both the delivery of our services to our clients and our day-to-day business operations.

Due to the nature of our business and our corporate governance, we believe there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk in our business we are taking proactive measures to understand our suppliers and have in place systems to:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains
  • Protect whistle blowers

Supplier adherence to our values

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply we are developing a due diligence process in order to determine the measures taken by our suppliers in order to combat slavery and human trafficking in their own business and in their own supply chain.
We have a dedicated compliance team, which consists of representatives from the following departments:
