Two new appointments for M247 to help continue to drive world class product development and focus on delivering an enhanced customer journey.
M247, the leading global provider for digital transformation services, announced the appointment of two new product managers, newly introduced roles that will support the business achieve their global plans. Darren Hogan joins with a focus on connectivity, voice and security solutions, and Caroline Griffiths will work across cloud and hosting solutions. Both roles support M247’s five-year growth plan and vision to be the most innovative market leader in their sector by delivering fully resilient solutions to growing businesses.
Based at M247’s head office in Manchester Darren will lead the connectivity, voice and security product portfolio within the organisation. Darren will be work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and commercial functions as well as customers to bring new products to market, establish clear product profitability models and define clear product lifecycle strategies. Darren brings over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector with a proven ability to inspire, lead and drive change; introduce process and procedure and realise vision.

Caroline will be based out of M247s London office and will manage the product portfolios within M247s cloud and hosting solutions. Caroline will be focusing on bringing new products to market and establishing a bigger presence for existing products. As an initial priority Caroline will be focused on M247’s BUaaS and DRaaS products. Prior to joining M247 Caroline has over 15 years’ experience as an IT professional with experience in managing the product life cycle for managed data centres and hosting solutions, driving product and new business development and launching and managing new products and services within the managed hosting and cloud space across a range of industries.
