Bogdan Bilboreanu talks about his role as a team leader and his rapid progression within the company. Having joined the business as a student he now manages a team of six in our Bucharest office.
My progression with M247 evolved quickly from a student to a team leader
I started working for M247 in April 2019 as an office co-ordinator whilst I was still studying the Faculty of Law at Transilvania University of Brasov. My role primarily focused on business administration to ensure office processes ran smoothly, I progressed very quickly, and was promoted to a team leader within the Bucharest office. My role now includes the supervision and management of key activities, consisting of checking customer tickets, e-mails, phone calls, and billing-related queries. I also supervise the front office to ensure all internal administrative tasks are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
The opportunity to constantly learn new things aids my development and business understanding
My role as a team leader is varied and extremely interesting. Alongside managing a team of six people, I support customers with billing queries as well as managing general administrative queries.
As a manager, I encourage my team to work together and deliver whatever task needs to be completed in a timely manner. I always ensure that my team is happy with their workload and feel fulfilled at the same time.
What I love most about my job is that my day to day tasks are never the same, every day is different. My job is wide-ranging with new requests and queries that require research, I really enjoy finding the best solution for the business and our customers. This allows me to learn new things and aids my development and business understanding, whilst supporting our customers.

One of the main reasons I enjoy working for M247 is that I interact with colleagues across all departments. I work with many different friendly people in all areas of the business, from finance to sales team and many more.
