New Investment Revealed

M247 is happy to announce that Brian Leigh-Bramwell, who until recently was Chairman of Leighs Paints in Bolton, has bought additional shares in the company.

“I’ve been involved with M247 Limited as a board member from its early days and have watched the Data Centre and its Divisions grow from strength to strength at a rate that’s very unusual in today’s climate. I’m convinced that my investment will not only have a positive effect in fuelling future expansion for M247 Limited but will also provide good returns for all involved. I’m proud to be part of such a successful organisation” says Brian Leigh-Bramwell.

Managing Director of M247 Limited, David Buckle is very pleased with the outcome of the recent shareholder’s meeting and says “We’ve been investing approximately 30% of our resources in research and development in recent years and plan to almost triple our datacentre capacity in the very near future. This new investment from Brian will play a major part in getting us to where we want to be”.

The level of investment has not been revealed but M247 Limited was recently valued at £13 Million.
